Our coach Andrea Roths runs an amazing company called Thriving for Change which helps people to empower, develop resilence, and helps them to discover their purpose. Her military background gives her discipline that she naturally instills in those around her. All coaches are great at motivating and encouraging people to be the best version of themselves. They provide personalized guidance, skill development, and mentorship to help individuals excel both on and off the mat.
